Does HaCat needs to be distinguished between Migration and Proliferation for wound healing test?

I have read that some article distinguished between proliferation and migration in Wound Healing Test.

But does HaCat (keratinocyte cells) need the differentiation as it does not contain any muscle cells, only endothelial / keratinoctye cells.
