I hv HFD treated rats n after treatment with my formulation, I want to compare the effect on the adipose tissue. I want to know which adipose tissue whether BAT or WAT should be considered. And in many literatures they hv considered epididymal WAT,didn't understand the reason behind its consideration.And please mention a protocol to isolate adipose tissue for histology.
