I am getting Mass flow rate of -0.22220825 at Outlet and 0.22212315 at Inlet so higher values at the outlet which is not physically possible.
Generally mass flow values at outlet should be closer to inlet values for the simulation to converge
I am currently using pressure inlet and pressure outlet( the condition idicates that the flow becomes 0 at outlet )
Do I then take my mass flow inlet values and run a diff simulation using mass flow inlet values and should i use pressure bc at the outlet ?

Is your flow compressible or incompressible ? Did you check the numerical aspects?
The choice of boundary conditions in Fluent :
- General: pressure inlet, pressure outlet,
- Incompressible flow: velocity inlet, outflow,
- Compressible flows: mass flow inlet, pressure far-field,
- Special: inlet vent, outlet vent, intake fan, exhaust fan, etc...

In my opinion your problem does not concern the type of boundary conditions, I suggest you:
Increase the convergence criterion so that the continuity residual will reach a constant value that no longer changes with the increase in the number of iterations.
Check that your mesh does not affect the results .. (independence of mesh) cordially
Dear Mr. Amlaan Dasgupta, Although you have not described your Physical problem here explicitly, however, I am recommending you to execute one case by adopting the Velocity Inlet BC and Pressure Outlet BC under a relatively fine grid system without modifying any default settings of Fluent.
