I'd like to capture some digital photographs of co-infiltrated tobacco leaves expressing a GFP reporter. Our lab uses a Nikon Coolpix P80 camera. If you have suggestions on a way to mount a filter lens, and any suggestions on specific lenses that work for this purpose, please do share!

so only as a quick shot: Try commercially available filter sheets (Chrome, etc.) and / or filter'lens'/filter sheet holders and also perform a Google search for:

Interesting...now that I answered (whether this my answer is weighty or not obviously does not matter) I was able to activate the "Following" mode...crazy...
