I was wondering if make it clear for me the feasibility of doing a new research with the same data (in my case: the same detected factors), but different research question, different measurement tool and a different methodology for analyzing data.

From my point of view the answer is yes. It is common in the course of a research project that researchers set several objectives and foresee the generation of a series of publications. In this way, the resulting databases have great wealth of information and great capacity to be used in different publications.

Generating two or more research papers from same data is common. One of the key assumptions for having more and more demographic information of respondents is to analyse same data from different context is to generate different paper. However, can you please explain what do you mean by different measurement tool? How will you justify different methodology for already collected data?
One point please why you did not make use of all of these in your previous paper? I think to make use of all the data from the start
So you mean you used two questionnaire for yours Thesis and you already have prepared one paper from that and willing to draw another via the sub questionnaire. That’s fine. Good Luck !
When two or even more separate publications are planned to be produced from same orignal data, authors must use separate research questions in each publication. Said that the manuscripts must add substantially to each other in orders to be considered for publication as seperate articles.
