Experiences with MitoViewer Staining in Adipocytes or Stromal Vascular Fraction (SVF)?

We currently use the MitoViewer for the staining of adipocytes and stromal vascular fraction (SVF). But we have no signal in cells that have formed lipid droplets. Does anyone have any experience? Has anyone successfully performed MitoViewer staining on SVF or adipocytes and has information about the specific localisation (interference by lipid droplets?!) and possible optimisation steps?
