Experience with large preps of plasmid?

I want to use a Endo-free giga prep kit from qiagene. The cells get centrifuged in communal bottles. Apart from autoclaving, do I need to treat them with anything to avoid DNA contamination?

Also for the isopropanol centrifugation step, can I wash, autoclave reuse communal tubes or do I need to use disposable falcon tubes?

Is that for the bacterial spin or the last step to precipitate DNA? I think I will definitely autoclave the tubes for the 15K g spin of DNA but I dont think they let us autoclave the 1 L bottles for the bacteria spinning.
