I have problem for quantify exosome protein with BCA, however using Qubit assay I have measured, but I don’t know if this protein concentration is good for my work. My question is what method and how you quantify your exosome?

I do not do that, but there is concern starting from the isolation step. A comprehensive review lin here, might be useful to enlarge the horizon on working with exosomes, and first assessing your protein quantification results against the isolation technique used.

You can use a Bradford assay or even if you have access to a nanodrop, the A280 protein measurement. The protein amount will highly depend on your input (start volume) but it is usually low.
Because the yield of exosomes is usually low in terms of protein I use MicroBCA assay (ThermoFisher Scientific). Works great!
