Were any avian species having mortalities or any pathological conditions (such as respiratory symptoms, diarrhea, ocular lesions, blindness, tumors, nervous symptoms, enlarged and/or icteric liver, white spots in the liver, enlarged spleen, joint swelling, hemorrhage, congestion and inflammation of internal organs) subjected for detection of ovine herpesvirus 2 (OvHV-2)?
I urgently recommend examination of diseased or mortalized avian species for OvHV-2 and detection of the whole B glycoprotein gene.
