Inside of % how we can calculate the ethanol solubility of wood as g/L?

Convert % ethanol solubility to grams of ethanol extracted (e.g., 5% = 5 g ethanol per 100 g wood).

• Divide grams of ethanol by the volume of solvent in liters.

• Result is ethanol solubility in g/L.

Example:

5 g ethanol / 0.5 L solvent = 10 g/L ethanol solubility.
