Environmentally friendly ion pairing agent for mRNA analysis by IP RPLC ?

I am conducting research on large mRNA using ion-pairing RPLC with classical amines such as triethylamine. I am wondering if anyone has heard of greener surrogate ion-pairing agents that could improve the retention of mRNA without the environmental drawbacks of traditional amines.
