I am developing a method for enantioseparation of fluoxetine, atenolol and tramadol using Chiralpak AD-H and Chiralpak IA. Is there any reliable, published method you can recommend? I used a published method for Fluoxetine using chiralpak AD-H with mobile phase n-hexane/2-propanol/diethylamine (98/2/0.1%) and could not obtain any resolution even though the authors claimed a resolution of 1.75. Are there any other suggestions or I should use reversed phase hplc with Chirobiotic V column?
