While some professors (e. g. Raymond Rumpf, U of Texas) publish their lectures as pdf files or on YouTube, with very positive feedback, their Belgian colleagues seem to prefer to keep their material within the circle of their "official" students. From this list,

In my opinion, you should try first to contact the professors (if you didn't already); if you explain your intentions, and promise not to publish the material, and if they are nice guys, you might get access to the material. If this approach doesn't work, you could contact their students here on RG:
