On your data_labview the MAX and the Duty Cycle [%] Pulse Period [s] Pulse Duration [s] are all pretty much constant; right?

I do not know about your data, so I assume you can put the two series on a compatible basis.

I wonder if you know about "hold on" as a command in MATLAB to hold a graph and overlay new layers. This might be what you need.

There are few problems:

- Filename 'compare-data.m' is not valid. Change it e.g. to 'compare_data.m'.

- CSV file contains the header (4 lines). It should be taken into account.

- Your code does not convert the data into matrix. You obtain cell array.

Use the function dlmread instead of function readtable :

M = dlmread('data_8000_waarden_6Ghz.csv', ';', 4, 0);
