How to calculate the mean % diffence between 2 graphs?

I have thoi graph in which the mean % diffence is caluted between 2 signals can someone tiell me how they did it

Hi, if you have the numerical data used to create the two graphs it is easy to compute the difference of y values for each x value. Then, you can compute the mean value of this difference.
