I'm trying to develop a elettrochemical biosensor based on MIP using SPCE and o-Phenylenediamine but I am facing a problem using cyclic voltammetry (CV) in the μStat-i Multi4 Multi (Bi)potentiostat/Galvanostat/Impedance from Metrohm

It was working fine but since yesterday, every time I start the process I get a signal for 3 - 5 seconds then the reading drops to zero and continues like that.

I am not sure what is the problem, I tried to change electrodes, solutions, and parameters and tried to restart and reset the instrument many times but still no change.

Please find 3 pictures (one is for when I was getting a proper signal which has the date 05022025 and the other two with the problem I previously explained which have the date 14022025 ) attached below to better explain the situation.
