Does anyone know of a protocol for in vivo skin electroporation? I will be undergoing a trial where I will be applying pdgf to the skin of my patients and then using electroporation to deliver the growth factor transdermally. I will be using the BTX ecm 830 electroporation machine. I was thinking 15 pulses of 100 volts duration 200 milliseconds. What would you recommend?

Well I would like to deliver the growth factor to the depth of hair follicles, so around 1cm. How many volts would you use in that circumstance? And also, I do not understand about the frequency. The only adjustable variables are voltage, pulse duration, and pulse length. The manufacturer list it at 60hz power, but I am unsure of what this means.
