What is the limitation thickness of the e-beam evaporator in deposition of copper on glass substrate?
It can reach a few micrometer thick film.
As far as I know, thickness has no limit but temperature increment should be considered. if you ignore temperature and filament lifetime, you can deposit until your target is over.
