During primary culture from human epidermal cells how does one ascertain that the fibroblasts have migrated.

While establishing the induced pluripotent neuronal cells from human dermal fibroblasts; initially the skin sample is processed and seeded onto a gelatin coated cell culture flask and wait for the fibroblasts to migrate so that they can be isolated for further processing. How does one ascertain that the fibroblasts have migrated out to the gelatin coated culture flask?
