If yes then what type of relation will it have i.e. direct or inverse. Actually, I want to study it in in-vitro culture systems, to find out the possible effect of different in-vitro conditions. Further, I am keenly interested in SOD and POD.
SOD and POD levels will for sure increase during stress.
Total protein is likely to increase for obvious reasons.

Hi, as you know enzyme content is very low and their activity is important in biological system. In stress condition, generally antioxidant system, including antioxidant enzyme such as SOD, CAT, POD, will increase. But the stress type, stress strength and duration is important, So some times in stress condition you will find increase antioxidant enzyme activity but not total protein change. of course you can find stressful condition with parallel increase in total cell protein and antioxidant enzyme activity.
In long time stress total protein content maybe decrease too. Finally in your purpose you will find increase antioxidant enzyme activity, with or without total protein change.
