Does the separation of ZFC and FC of nanocluster powders indicate a spin glass?

I tested the curve of the magnetic susceptibility of the nanocluster powder with temperature and the ZFC and FC do not overlap, can this be judged that the nanoclusters are spin glasses? There is no coercive force of the nanocluster in the magnetic hysteresis loop at 3K.
