Has anyone used confocal or fluroescence imaging or flow cytometer to look at cells expressing BFP and CFP?

I am creating reporter cell lines expressing both CFP and BFP but found out that these two fluoroescent proteins kind of have overlapped excitation and emission spectrum, which may makes it very difficult for me to confirm the prescence of CFP and BFP using confocal/fluorescence or even flow.
