Why broken line appears when i'm calculating the deformation potential constant?

I'm calculating the deformation potential constant using the DP theory. Strangely, the energy-strain curve of VBM shows the shape of broken line, and the broken point appears at the strain of 0%. What should i do to obtain a reasonable line.
