I have a case of recurrent very small painful oral multiple ulcers effecting soft palate but had occurred in buccal mucosae and gingiva also.In 2014 he patient had HCV and took the interferon for nearly 8 months ,then test had negative result for HCV RNA by PCR .Now in 8/2016 CBC .SGOT,SGPT,ALP,Bilirubin,Albumin are normal and HCV RNA is negative less than 60 copies/ml but HCV Ab is positive 33COL.
