Silver nanoparticles are primarily confirmed by the color change, yellow to reddish brown. However, UV-vis spectrophotometer can also be used to identify the nanoparticles formation. Due to the surface plasmon resonance (SPR) effect, silver nanoparticles give their highest absorption maxima between the wavelength of 400 to 500 nm.

Thus, your graph can be a confirmation, if you have observed the color change as well. However, you should do other analysis, like EDX, XRD as well.@@

If you are expecting silver nanoparticles, then i would say you have got preliminary confirmation only.

To validate/verify what you have got is silver nanoparticles only, you can do a combination of XRD or HRTEM, TEM, SAED or SEM with EDAX and AFM.
