Does switching media after seeding onto a 3D Scaffold affect my cells negatively?

I just wondered if switching media after seeding stem cells onto 3D scaffolds (from MSC media to DMEM-F12) would affect cell viability / cell stress after seeding. Hope someone has experience with that!

Both scaffold and medium can modify cell viability. If you are testing a new scaffold, it may both positively and negatively affect the differentiation, proliferation and viability of MSCs.
