We are currently conducting IHC-IF on the mouse spinal cord. However, the autofluorescence caused by myelin is too intense, hindering our analysis of markers. We would greatly appreciate any suggestions on how to reduce this myelin-induced autofluorescence.

Thank you very much for your answer. So, this product also reduces myelin-caused autofluorescence, is it right?
There are very good products that can effectively reduce lipofuscin-caused autofluorescence, and we use it as a routine, but ours couldn't reduce myelin-caused autofluorescence.
