Hello everybody! I'm trying to find out if anyone has already digested keratin from FFPE tissue, if so, what would your protocol be? I work in spatial imaging, and I have a problem with the very strong autofluorescence of keratin in my samples. This induces a huge background noise which masks the fuorescence of all my other probes. I cannot process the image, I must remove the keratin before staining to carry out the experiment.
