We tried to isolate Ralstonia spp from diseased plant and cultured the Ralstonia spp. on TSA (supplemented with TZC) media. On the media, the colonies seemed to have red color center enveloped in creamy colour. Is this Ralstonia pure culture or is it a mix culture?
There are many other bacteria that looks like Ralstonia on supplemented with TZC media. You must get single-colony isolates and check all of them by PCR or ELISA. Be very careful to get pure strains for long-term storage (-80oC), and do not keep bacteria for long time on medium at +4oC.

Pure Ralstonia cultures indeed do have more whitish/ grey/ creamy parts, as well as pinkish on specific media. So might be OK in your plates. However, this does not exclude the possibility that you still have mixed cultures
And as Alex stated, this does of course also not exclude the possibilty that you have other bacterial species that look similar on these media. Proper identification will show...
I think to mix in the culture. Is necessary to reisolate a new culture to use a cream colony... not in the red colony...
My Ph.D. thesis was on Ralstonia, and I can say "yes", very similar, But! never ever judge based on the morphology of the colonies, must use PCR for confirmation,
