How much transfection efficieny can i expect?

9Kb should be no problem. You may need to play around with the timing and frequency of transfection. The efficiency is not the greatest so I did another transfection after 24 hours and got higher efficiency ~50%. You would be better off shuttling your construct into an adenovirus with much greater efficiency.
