Bulletin of the WHO stated in authorhsip "at least one author should have a professional affiliation in the country where the study was conducted." which I fully agree. However, are there other journals including this information in their instructions to the authors?
Dear Alfonso J. Rodriguez-Morales; I also do agree with this binding but unfortunately I have not find any other journal in my field of research which explicitly state or include in there "Instructions to the Author's" section. I will appreciate this condition. Regards
I think this should be stated in any international journal.
Another journal where I found this, which I consider all the journals should do:
"We do not publish case reports, small case series, short communications or book reviews; nor studies that make use of data, infrastructure or personnel in a foreign country without involving at least one scientist from that foreign country as an author."

I would add a related question:
What about the author, if He is in International Cooperation Abroad for teaching at Universtiy2, while He continues to make researches connected and supported by its Country’s University1.
Nevertheless, The University2 forces him to write single affiliation (Univrsity2) even if the work is totally supported by its University1. If not his Contract is stopped! Is there an International rules or ethics?
