Does Bevacizumab cross blood brain barrier through transporters? Can it cross the BBB again when conjugated with a lipophilic molecule?

I've looked into literature about bevacizumab treating brain cancer, but no luck with the mechanism of how it get through blood brain barrier.

I wanted to conjugate it with a lipid soluble molecule, but I don't know if they can get through the cell membrane together.
