EEG recording involves major methodology in my PhD thesis research, but I don't know how to analyse and interpret the result using MATLAB or any other software. If anyone works in this in India, especially in south India. I am ready to come at any time to visit your lab to learn this same. If anyone knows that any institute or labs in South India work on this could you please suggest me?
I am sure Upi Bhalla http://www.ncbs.res.in/bhalla should be able to help you. They are doing a lot of in vivo electrophysiology in rats , mostly single unit recordings but They are doing some LFP recordings as well. They are in Bangalore

Its near by only I can visit his lab, I have seen him once in the workshop but i didn't get chance to talk to him and also he conducted one workshop on "Computational Approaches to Memory and Plasticity" I have applied for that also, unfortunately i didn't get selected in that workshop.
