Monoclonal antibodies target intracellular PRL phosphatases to inhibit

cancer metastases in mice.

In the above paper, the authors noted that stavation lead the cancer cell more permeabilizable (Fig. 6), though they just proposed that it may be cell cycle related. Does anyone have more plausible explanation?
