I am looking for Cre-ERT expression in WB in cells, using Cre Ab. Cre itself is 38 kDa but I'm getting a band higher than 50 kDa
the fusion protein size is about 70 kDa

Cre recombinase antibody detects Cre recombinase protein by western blot analysis.
A. 30 µg 293T whole cell lysate/extract
B. 30 µg whole cell lysate/extract of Cre-ERT2-transfected 293T cells (Cre-ERT2 fusion protein size: 72kDa)
Thanks :) Makes sense with my blot
