after lysing the exosome isolated form ultracentrifugation followed by sucrose gradient purification by RIPA lysis, we are getting very less protein concentration. Can anyone help me to increase the yield of the exosome.

very challenging due to near-identical size and density. try mag beads with antibodies
Alexander .. Ya i have tried mag beads as well..but by that the yield has reduced much more...and we cant separate beads during lysis and i feel it interfere with the protein yield.
