to my best of knowledge, it is not possible to draw G-quadruplex structure by any "user-friendly" program. For drawing triplexes (2D and 3D visualisation), there is a R package called "triplex" (https://bioconductor.org/packages/release/bioc/html/triplex.html), you paste DNA sequence and program automatically visualize the structure, for more information, please see manual. Unfortunatelly, for visualisation of G-quadruplexes, such program still does not exist.
