I have identified peptide sequences of SARS-CoV-2 by in-silico method. I am attempting to validate all these sequences with wet lab mass spectrometry based peptide sequences. SARS-CoV-2 specific peptide sequences were not present in the Peptide Atlas database.

there is a plenty of papers which came out recently regarding specific peptides from SARS-CoV-2. Just look at recent papers and you can easly make your own database.
I guess if you take a closer look you will also find some unreviewed databases.

Dear Veerbhan,
Try swissprot sequences (uniprot reviewed). These you can append to another organism for using in almost any search engine, which will "in-silico" digest your database into the theoretically possible peptides according to the parameters you chose.
