no info about hourly or daily data but the PERSEUS project published runoff at the monthly average level for all the Med river. The runoff is an estimate (1980-20120) originate by an hydrological model
I have recently attended to the AIOL congress in Verbania. John Milliman was an invited speaker and spoke about the importance of Albanian rivers as major contributors of sediment supply for the Adriatic. If I remember well, about twice of the annual Po river sediment supply. Ask him. Maybe he could help you.
As you can see even in that case I only managed to find average monthly values which is what you find in the databases cited below.
I had long discussion with John Milliman regarding my sediment transport estimations and we believe that average values of water discharge may be misleading.
However, as I guess you need it for a water circulation model the use of monthly discharges through a transformation into mean daily discharge it may be enough. But be aware that the discharge values you will be using are just an artifact as in the real world the daily discharge may vary of a large factor during the flooding period.
All the best

I am from Albania, I would say that there is no hourly flow data for any river in Albania. I have some short series of daily and some other longer monthly.
