Does anyone know a way to obtain the labels of distances between atoms in plain text with pymol?

I am tryinng to measure different distances in different protein protein dockings i have made. I want to export the distances to plain text to make statistical analysis.

u can use PDBsum (http://www.ebi.ac.uk/thornton-srv/databases/pdbsum/Generate.html) to analyse protein protein interaction. it wil give distance between atoms involved in interaction.two proteins wiil be considered as chains.
