Does anyone know a serine-rich peptide (between 20-50AA) that is difficult to synthesise ?

Want to try out a new method. Threonine-rich would work too.

May I know which strategy do you want to use for serine rich peptide? From your question it is not clear. In Solid phase I had coupled three serine residue in a chain. As per my experience few important parameters viz selection of coupling agent and selection of solvent combination are influencing side reaction free coupling reaction. Please let me know your strategy and experimental conditions?
