Hi, .cdf is an AIA standard format, and should be able to be imported using the Chrom-Card import wizard without a need for conversion.
See pages 428-429 of the Chrom-Card manual. http://www.samsi.no/Products/GAS/tmanuals/ChromCard_15_4-2008book.pdf
It does NOT give exact instructions for HOW to use the import wizard, but it does say:
"The Import/Export chromatogram window permits to convert from Chrom-Card native format into AIA format, as well as importing AIA format generated by third party chromatography data systems into Chrom-Card." And gives a Figure of the wizard, that has a button the says "Read Chromatograms from AIA format .cdf". This looks like it will work with 1 file at a time, or with multiple files at once.
If this approach does not provide the required solution, I would recommend leanring/using R (with the bioconductor package), OCTAVE, or python. All are open source data analysis programming languages with extensive online documentation and helpful communities.
