Hi everyone!

I have a dataset composed of 9 different Alfalfa fields, in which I have 112 different subplots.

In each subplot, I'v gathered data on the subplot (NDVI, biomass, yield, number of captured rodents and more..), and on the captured rodents (body mass, length, fat mass, species, sex and more..).

I have 2 questions...

1. How do I interpret the results for GLMM in SPSS?

For the example I'v attached a screenshots of the variance results in a GLMM.

I tried to analyze with GLMM the relationship between the number of rodent's burrows and NDVI, in which the target was the NDVI value for each subplot, the fixed affect was the number of rodent's burrows for each subplot, and the random effect was the Alfalfa fields.

I would like to understand better how can I use it.

2.I wanted to corelate the subplot's condition (NDVI, biomass, yield) to the captured rodent's body condition (body mass, length, fat mass).

Can I do that with GLMM?
