I am working on Protein-ligand interaction using mass spectrometry. We have found the Kd of protein-ligand complex by Titration experiment. Now we are doing a competitive titration to find the dissociation constant of another ligand. I am looking for a specified formula to find out the unknown kd? Someone suggest me the formula to calculate unknown Kd from Known Kd?

This paper has what you are looking for. Unfortunately, the math is quite complicated, requiring the solution of a cubic equation.
