Does anyone have used hygromycin as selection marker for U2932 or other DLBCL cell lines?

In U2932 cell line with a hygro selection marker, which concentration of this antibiotic do you recommend? I found that for Raji people use a range between 125-300 ug/mL, but they could behave in a different way.

Hello

I have not used hygromycin, but I would recommend a range between 50-300 ug/ml.
