Anyone knows a good test to calculate an effect size after Fisher's Exact Test? Or in other words wich test is good to calculate the effect size between independent groups of small sample (N=10) with nominal variables?
You can use any of the effect size statistics that are commonly used for chi-square tests of independence. For a 2 x 2 table, phi and odds ratio are common. If you have a larger table, Cramer's V (Cramér's V) or potentially odds ratio. You can also simply present the data as proportions, perhaps with rows or columns in your contingency table.
