Does anyone have tips for culturing THP1 cells?

Hello,

I am culturing THP1 cells and the picture below shows what they look like right now. Do they look healthy? They're not growing very fast, so does anyone have any tips for helping them grow? Currently they are in RPMI 1640 + 10% FBS + Beta-mercaptoethanol.

Also It looks like there may be somethings in the flask and I just wanted to see if anyone thinks it might be contamination?
