I need the two phase diagrams,
to confirm I am not forming neither bismuth carbides nor tellurium carbides on my sinterization process.
Plase, if some one can help me or have some information about these diagrams or about the formation of these compounds , let me know.
the conditions of my sinterization process are:
T = 600 °C.
P = 10 bar
time = 30 mins.

The best resource I could think of was the book series "SGTE - Binary Systems.", in your case you'd need the specific book "Part 2: Elements from B-C to Cr-Zr". I had a quick look however, and the diagrams you're looking for are not in there.
According to "http://www.msiport.com/msi-eureka/buy-online/purchase/selectElements" (this is a nice tool if you wonder if any research on the phase equilibria of a system is available), there is one document available on the Bi-C system (it'll cost you 4 EUR to get the reference from them). On the Te-C system, they know of 4 references, available for 16 EUR. Be warned though: they only offer the references, not the documents themselves.
I can't say how helpful those papers would be.
