I need an ability to do fluorescence microscopy on a small molecular drug. Preferably cancer treating substances with low solubility.
I don't know of such a database, but if you can make a list of drugs you are interested in using, you can check the literature on them to see if they are fluorescent. Or you can do the experiment.
Anthracyclines (e.g. doxorubicin) are one class of cancer drugs that are fluorescent, and there are many papers on using anthracycline fluorescence to measure their accumulation in cells. However, they have high solubility.
The Life Technologies catalog of Molecular Probes is a good source of information on compounds that are fluorescent, often including their spectra.

according to your posted question (2014) , I need some infos about the limit of your mol. weight for your fluorescent cancer drug .
On other part I need infos about your cells e.g. cancer cells (HeLa (2D / monolayer) or 3 D growing cancer cells).
Have you done a survey about your project? The transport of your drug is of importance and must be investigated prior the beginning of your research.

In what ? Water e.g. the growth medium of your cells..
