Does anyone have experience with transfection gRNA and cas9 mRNA using RNAimax?

Does anyone have experience with transfection gRNA and cas9 mRNA using RNAimax? What would I select the transfection positive cells with, given that I'm transfecting RNA?

If you're not use gRNA and cas9 RNA encoded on a plasmid for transfection, you would need to select the cells by sorting (for the negative / positive gene expressing population).

I'm using GFP tagged plasmids that have antibiotic markers for selection. Maybe clone into an expression vector that would have markers that you could use?
